Once again, we’re offering a hybrid Convention format providing options for engagement both in person, virtually, or both! In order to take advantage of virtual exhibitor opportunities, you must be exhibiting in person as well.
Virtual Exhibitor Page Pricing
$1,500
Virtual Exhibitor pages will open on April 4 and be accessible until August 31, 2023.
About Virtual Exhibitor Pages
- All In Person and Virtual registrants have access to virtual exhibitor pages.
- Virtual Exhibitor Pages are customizable and must be set up completely by the exhibiting organization.
- Add your own logo, header, brand description.
- Choose to add interactive polls for attendees.
- Share files (handouts, one-sheets, etc.) that attendees can download.
- Easily embed videos to your page.
- Gather leads via the “Leave My Card” button on your page.
- “Live Chat” directly with attendees via a chat box embedded on your page.
- Access analytics including the number of page visits, conversations, and content consumption.
